I want to start by saying Thank you to Karl Benson. He went above and beyond by helping me with my Starkey Genesis AI 24 Ric Rechargeable Hearing Aids! I received my hearing aids from the VA. I was having issues with hearing in the car, crowds and one on one conversations. Someone told me to reach out this office and see if they would be able to help me. I called this office and was able to get in right away. I was greeted at the door and Karl was able to help me by reprogramming the hearing aids and making sure my settings were working correctly and he also opened up my vents on my ear molds and he also set up my cell phone so when the phone rings it goes start to the hearing aids. He explained how to use and work these hearing aids. He was outstanding and I can't Thank him enough! I highly recommend Karl!

And then, my Oticon Hearing AIDS stopped working! 24 hours of no service, while on vacation in Central Minnesota with extended family, until we walked into the office of Hutch Hearing and met Dr. Carl, 3 blocks from our hotel in Litchfield MN. He confirmed a diagnosis of the problem, had the Oticon mini-filters in stocks, cleaned the microphones, replaced the filters and had me on my way in fifteen minutes, able to hear the conversations of my family, and able to participate in creating new memories. So grateful for Dr. Carl, his expertise, friendliness, and service!
